Auf der CEBIT (Juni 2018, Hannover Messegelände), stellte sich meine Firma „BillzEye – Multicoptersysteme“ mit eigenen Drohnen und Dienstleistungen vor.

Es gab viele interessierte Besucher, welche Fotos vom Stand und den Drohnen machen wollten. Mitunter auch Herr Prathap. Er fragte mich freundlich um was es sich bei der betroffenen Drohne handle und was der genaue Funktionsumfang ist. Ich beantwortete Ihm gern all Seine Fragen. Nach unserem Gespräch fragte er mich, ob Er und Sein Freund ein Foto vom Messestand machen könne und ich gab Ihm meine Einwilligung dafür.
Daraufhin bedankte und verabschiedete Er sich.

Alle Drohnen, die auf den Podesten meines Messestandes ausgestellt waren, insbesondere die auf dem Bild abgebildete „BETH-01“ mit Herrn Prathap, sind Eigentum von „BillzEye – Multicoptersysteme“! Herr Prathap hat weder mit der Konstruktion & Entwicklung, der Herstellung, noch mit dem Vertrieb dieser Drohne zu tun. Er ist kein Angestellter, Kooperationspartner oder Anteilseigner von „BillzEye – Multicoptersysteme“.
Diese, auf seinem Foto im Mittelpunkt befindliche Drohne, wurde eigens von mir Bill Gutbier konzipiert, konstruiert und hergestellt. Das Alles ist nachweisbar anhand vieler Dokumente, CAD- Dateien und Fotos.

Herr Prathap behauptet zu Unrecht, dass die in der TV-Sendung „BTv Live Show“ gezeigte Drohne auf Seinem Smartphone Ihm gehöre oder von Ihm gebaut wurde! Das ist eine Falschaussage!
Herr Prathap hatte lediglich ein Foto auf der CEBIT 2018 in Hannover gemacht. Wenn Er etwas anderes behauptet, so ist das eine Lüge!
Da Herr Prathap öffentlich Falschaussagen getroffen und die Drohne von „BillzEye – Multicoptersysteme“ hergestellt wurde, muss ich Herrn Prathab dazu auffordern, die Sachverhalte klar und deutlich aufzuklären!
Falls Herr Prathap dieser Aufforderung nicht nachkommt oder Er weiterhin Falschmeldungen verbreitet, treten Sie bitte mit unserem Anwalt in Kontakt.
